- Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging, including any tags or inserts.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, or pet hair.
- Proof of purchaseis required.
- Personalized itemsand final sale items (such as clearance or heavily discounted products) are not eligible for return.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@purryfuls.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the return address provided.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Note: Please remember to use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll happily replace it at no additional cost.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.
- If a manufacturing defector fulfillment error is confirmed, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
